  • Our working hours are set from 3 PM to 1 AM on a 5/2 schedule (with office hours from 3 PM to 8 PM, then remote work until 1 AM).

Your Role:

  • Communicate with drivers and carriers to ensure that goods are picked up and delivered promptly.
  • Monitor shipment progress and update customers as required.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may occur during the shipping process.
  • Keep accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery status.
  • Work with other departments to optimize routing and enhance efficiency.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Analytical flexible thinking.
  • Ability to effectively multitask.
  • Proficient time management skills.
  • Track record of consistently attaining performance goals and having personal accountability for own results.
