Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on back-end testing.
* Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining test cases for complex software solutions.
* Strong understanding of API testing tools (Postman, SpecFlow, or equivalent).
* Basic knowledge of automation frameworks and willingness to develop entry-level automation tests.
* Experience in test design techniques, with the ability to articulate pros and cons of different approaches.
* Ability to work independently and own the QA function, driving testing strategy and execution.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-based environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with developers, customers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

* Define and implement QA standards, frameworks, and best practices for back-end testing.
* Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test strategies for complex software applications.
* Perform system, functional, data, integration, performance, and regression testing to ensure robust back-end services.
* Design and execute API tests using tools such as Postman, SpecFlow, or equivalent.
* Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with developers to ensure timely fixes.
* Own the QA process within the team and drive improvements in collaboration with other engineering teams.
* Update documentation (Confluence, test setups, configurations, release notes) to maintain transparency and alignment.
