Tech Lead (PSP and Payments processing)

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the development of our Payment Service Provider (PSP) solutions. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on development experience, strong leadership skills, and deep expertise in integrating various payment systems and building white-label solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our PSP platform and white-label solutions.

• Integrate multiple payment gateways and optimize transaction flows.

• Write high-quality, scalable code while managing the development process.

• Define architecture, ensure security, and drive best coding practices.

• Collaborate with product and business teams to align technical and business goals.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of development experience, with expertise in payment processing.

• Hands-on experience integrating various payment systems, APIs, and PSPs.

• Strong coding skills (preferably in Python, Java, or Go).

• Experience in building and managing white-label payment solutions.

• Ability to set up development processes and mentor the team.

• Good understanding of security, compliance, and fintech regulations.
