Full-stack (React, Node) developer Offline

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior React.js/Node.js Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about building cutting-edge applications, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js
- Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality code
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Build and maintain highly reusable, testable, and efficient code and libraries
- Design and implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing frameworks for robust, fault-tolerant systems
- Continuously evaluate and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability across multiple platforms and devices
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to peers and junior engineers
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure we’re using the best tools available

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in React.js and Node.js, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable applications
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration
- Proficiency in database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB)
- Solid understanding of front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and modern deployment pipelines
- Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker
- Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git or Bitbucket
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with serverless architectures, Kubernetes, and scalable system design
- Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or WebSockets
