Middle/Middle Strong Golang Developer Offline

We are seeking a skilled Middle Strong Golang Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will work on building scalable and high-performance backend services using Golang. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and efficient solutions.

Tech Stack: Golang, React, Next, Typescript

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• following and improving project conventions (architecture approach, code style, best practices);
• following and suggesting improvements for the existing project processes, methodologies, and guidelines;
• estimation of tasks and functionality and fit with own estimates;
• creating and updating project documentation (technical and functional);
• setup and maintenance of project environments;
• negotiation/explanation of technical questions and requirements with the clients;
• guide, consult and make advices to team members with delivery of assigned tasks;
• contribute into employees growth by providing tech feedback and setting tech goals;
• delivery of assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in general;
• 2+ years of experience with Golang;
• Experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience with Kubernetes;
• Experience with Docker + IDE VSCode or Jetbrains Go;
• Estimation & planning skills;
• Analytical thinking and decision-making;
• Business orientation;
• Upper-intermediate English.
