Sales and Partners Executive (Account Executive)

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Partners Executive (Account Executive) to drive sales for our Supply Chain Management solution. This quota-carrying sales role focuses on targeting and engaging Enterprise-level companies that need innovative data analytics and forecasting solutions.

This role requires a proven ability to sell high-value, complex software solutions to European companies. You will spend most of your time developing and cultivating prospects, moving them through the sales process, and closing new businesses. You will own and manage a defined territory in Europe, where our partners will assist you in growing the sales pipeline.

 

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in supply chain and S&OP. Our company values strong sales performance, self-motivation, and exceptional communication skills. This role is remote.

 

Your responsibilities:

Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions and competitive landscape.
Define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory.
Make prospecting an integral part of your regular routine, ensuring new prospects are being added to the sales funnel continuously.
Stay abreast of Supply Chain industry trends in the market and your assigned territory.
Work with the partners to drive pipeline growth and accelerate deals.
Prepare and present written presentations, reports, and price proposals.
Effectively and efficiently deploy Streamline resources at appropriate stages in the sales cycle to advance the sales process.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and webinars.
Effectively using Hubspot to manage your territory.

 

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions В2В.
Fluent spoken English — a must-have. French or German will be a plus.
A strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and dealing with executive-level decision-makers.
Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
Solid track record of successful achievement of assigned quotas.
Must possess strong leadership, motivational, and presentation skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and organize/prioritize work independently.
Previous experience within the supply chain industry would be a definite asset.
A genuine interest in the Supply Chain industry.
Experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
Fundamental understanding of sales processes and a strong sales aptitude.
Values transparent communication and working in a team environment.
Passion for startup cultures and desire to contribute directly to the growth of the company.
Articulate Communicator: Ability to articulate a compelling value proposition in a complex and changing business environment.
Ability to perform in a fast-growth technology-driven environment.
