Senior React Native Engineer

Our client is a leading global travel platform that simplifies the planning and booking of multi-modal journeys. The platform enables users to compare and book trains, buses, and flights across Europe, the United States, and Canada.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with JavaScript, with recent and strong expertise in React Native
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), React JS, and Redux
• Ability to write well-structured, clean, and maintainable code that seamlessly integrates with backend technologies
• Experience with JavaScript testing tools (Jest, Cypress)
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (webpack)
• Experience with micro-frontends and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of tracking and analytics implementation to measure user interactions & engagement
• Previous experience working in a Scrum team

Nice to have:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Familiarity with Code Push
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Your Responsibilities:

• Be part of a cross-functional, cross-platform product team, developing end-to-end customer features
• Build robust, scalable solutions using state-of-the-art technologies, contributing to shared front-end components across all platforms (mobile, desktop, and web apps)
• Work closely with the team to rapidly test ideas through A/B testing, analyze results, and iterate to enhance the product
• Continuously explore new ways to optimize and accelerate development processes
• Apply your engineering expertise to automate workflows and support the team in decision-making
• Play an active role in defining quarterly OKRs together with the team
• Focus on continuous learning and improvement, driving innovation in engineering practices

• English Level: B2+
• Location: Europe, Ukraine, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan (to align with CET time zone)
