Senior Full-Stack (Java+React) Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong front-end expertise to join an international product development team for a UK-based client in the RegTech sector. You will work directly with the client - a leader in financial compliance technology, building a cloud-native compliance management platform. This platform enables businesses to record, manage, and analyze communications across audio, video, and messaging channels to ensure comprehensive regulatory checks and analysis.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for existing systems.

   

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and MS SQL.
• Front-end expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript (v5), SCSS, React.js, and Redux.
• Experience with cloud-hosted architectures and microservices.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools.
• Exposure to different systems integration technologies like RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Message Queuing, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with Unit/Integration Testing.
• Experience in telecommunications or finance-related industries is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• English proficiency: upper-intermediate or above

Additional Skills:

• Experience with Apache Kafka and CDC (Debezium) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
