As we expand, we seek a Sales Hunter to drive our growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with mid-sized and enterprise-level clients. This is an exciting opportunity to sell high-value software development services (100K-200K USD+ contracts annually) and earn substantial commissions.

- Experienced in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, outsourcing, or software development.
What Youβll Be Doing
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with SMBs and mid-sized enterprises that need mobile app development services.
- Outreach & Engagement: Use LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to start conversations and qualify leads.
- Sales Process Management: Move prospects through the sales funnel β from first contact to closing deals.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Work closely with our delivery team to prepare customized proposals and close contracts.
- Pipeline Growth: Continuously build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to tailor outreach strategies and identify potential opportunities.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS.
- Proven ability to generate and close deals worth $50K-$200K+.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- A hunter mindset β comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus.
- Understanding of mobile development and software outsourcing is a big advantage.
