As we expand, we seek a Sales Hunter to drive our growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with mid-sized and enterprise-level clients. This is an exciting opportunity to sell high-value software development services (100K-200K USD+ contracts annually) and earn substantial commissions.

  • Experienced in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, outsourcing, or software development.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with SMBs and mid-sized enterprises that need mobile app development services.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Use LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to start conversations and qualify leads.
  • Sales Process Management: Move prospects through the sales funnel – from first contact to closing deals.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Work closely with our delivery team to prepare customized proposals and close contracts.
  • Pipeline Growth: Continuously build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to tailor outreach strategies and identify potential opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to generate and close deals worth $50K-$200K+.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • A hunter mindset – comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus.
  • Understanding of mobile development and software outsourcing is a big advantage.
