We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Commercial experience: At least 1 year in Account Management or a similar role. [Candidates with minimal experience or after relevant courses will also be considered]
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Client communication: Strong ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Project monitoring: Experience tracking project progress, ensuring deliverables, and providing reports.
• Organization: Strong planning, prioritization, and resource management skills.
• Risk management: Ability to identify risks and proactively address them.
• Documentation management: Experience maintaining and organizing project-related documentation.
• Problem-solving: Quick decision-making and accountability.
• Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
• Technical basics: Familiarity with IT project structures and workflows.
   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Communication: Gather feedback, identify opportunities, and resolve issues.
• Project Monitoring: Ensure timelines and deliverables are met, track progress.
• Resource Planning: Manage hours, tasks, and reporting.
• Team & Client Support: Assist during kick-offs, provide guidance, and maintain motivation.
• Service Quality Assurance: Oversee task completion and address client expectations.
• Change Management: Handle requirement modifications and ensure transparency.
