Our client is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement and building the future of live entertainment.

For their team we are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst. This role is critical for enhancing payment systems, improving processes, and supporting business decisions with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define payment-related business needs.
• Analyze business changes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Deliver insights and recommendations based on payment data analytics to support decision-making.
• Document payment processes, including payment methods, gateways, and fraud prevention mechanisms.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers and ensure seamless integration with payment systems.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and product managers to implement effective payment solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, payment systems, or related industries.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with payment workflows, transaction processing, payment gateways, and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, AML, KYC).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Understanding of APIs, database concepts, and system integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages and software development processes is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving projects.
• Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Russian.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience as a system analyst.
• Exposure to fraud monitoring tools and mechanisms (e.g., 3D Secure, chargeback management).
