Data Import Support Specialist (.Net) Offline

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Import Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients and internal teams with data import processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service.

Working schedule 12-13 pm - 20-21 pm CET

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients and internal teams in importing, validating, and processing data.
• Troubleshoot data import issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to improve data import workflows.
• Document common issues and solutions to enhance process efficiency.
• Assist with system configurations and data mappings as needed.

• Provide training and guidance on best practices for data imports.

   

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in data import, data processing, or technical support roles.
• Proficiency in SQL( mysql and postgres), Excel, or other data manipulation tools.
• Basic .Net and C# knowdlege
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
