Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Wellness Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will educate clients on our services, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue through consultative sales. You will play a key role in helping clients look and feel their best while meeting sales goals and enhancing the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Consult with Clients: Conduct personalized consultations to understand clientsβ wellness and aesthetic goals.
β’ Educate & Recommend Treatments: Explain anti-aging, regenerative, and aesthetic treatment options, including hormone therapy, IV drips, skincare, injectables, and weight loss programs.
β’ Drive Sales & Achieve Targets: Convert leads into long-term clients through strategic sales conversations and product recommendations.
β’ Follow Up & Build Relationships: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat visits, and upsell additional services.
β’ Stay Knowledgeable: Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and clinic services to confidently educate and sell to clients.
β’ Collaborate with Medical Staff: Work closely with medical professionals to ensure accurate treatment recommendations and compliance with protocols.
β’ Handle Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records, process sales transactions, and manage appointment bookings when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
β Sales Experience: Proven success in sales-driven roles, preferably in wellness, medical spa, aesthetics, healthcare, or luxury services.
β Passion for Wellness: Strong interest in anti-aging, health, and beauty industries.
β Excellent Communication: Ability to educate, persuade, and build trust with clients.
β Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Driven by commission-based earnings and performance incentives.
β Professional & Personable: Ability to build long-term relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
β Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, POS systems, and scheduling platforms.
Preferred Experience
β’ Background in aesthetics, health coaching, fitness, or medical sales is a plus.
β’ Experience working in a med spa, clinic, or luxury wellness environment
