Wix Developer Offline

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Wix Developer (3-4 years of experience) to join our team and contribute to designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality websites using the Wix platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Wix development, including custom coding, app integrations, and advanced design customizations. Additional technical skills will be a significant advantage. English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is required for effective communication within our international team.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites using Wix and Wix Velo (Corvid).
• Optimize website design, functionality, and performance for an excellent user experience.
• Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and payment gateways into Wix websites.
• Customize Wix templates and create responsive, SEO-friendly web pages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring smooth performance and security.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to deliver high-quality websites.
• Stay up-to-date with Wix platform updates, best practices, and new features.
   

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in Wix development.
• Proficiency in Wix Velo (formerly Corvid) for advanced customizations.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Wix API integrations.
• Experience with SEO optimization and website performance improvements.
• Understanding of e-commerce functionalities within Wix (e.g., Wix Stores, payment gateways).
• Familiarity with database management and dynamic content in Wix.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
   

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with other website builders (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Webflow).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and tracking integrations.
• Experience with automation tools and CRM integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
