Sales Executive/ Lead Gen
Metamindz is a fast-growing UK-based IT software company. We help by providing fractional CTOs as-a-service, building digital products, hiring technical talent, and conducting tech due diligence.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Executive to generate leads, build strong B2B relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market research – analyze competitors, discover new opportunities, and refine sales strategies;
- Lead generation & research – identify and engage potential B2B clients;
- Sales & negotiations – present our services, create tailored offers, and close deals;
- Client relationship management – build long-term partnerships with customers;
LinkedIn outreach – use LinkedIn as a core tool for prospecting and engagement;
What We Expect From You:
- B2B sales experience– proven track record in closing deals.
- Lead generation skills – experience with research, cold outreach, and prospecting.
- LinkedIn proficiency – ability to leverage LinkedIn for networking and sales.
- Fluent English (B2+/C1) – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
