Full Stack Engineer (Next.js/TypeScript) Offline

QIT Software is looking for a Full Stack engineer to build a cutting-edge platform that enables brands to authenticate products, engage customers, and capture value across the entire product lifecycle. The stack is modern, the code is clean, and the impact is direct.

Requirements:
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience with Next.js 15 and React
- PostgreSQL and database modeling experience
- Proficiency with modern ESM modules and component libraries (shadcn/ui)
- Experience with Cursor AI IDE (required for our development workflow)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and B2B2C architectures
- Fluent English proficiency for clear technical communication

Will be a plus:
- Attention to detail
- Build and maintain features across our full stack
- Implement secure user authentication across three user types (internal, partner, consumer)
- Work with NFC/chip integration points for product authentication

Hiring process:
1. Pre-screen (up to 30 mins)
2. Technical Screen (45 minutes)
- Live coding session using Cursor IDE with Claude 3.5 Sonnet
3. Architecture Discussion
- Deep dive into system design and technical decision-making
- Discussion of past experience with similar technical challenges
- Evaluation of understanding of B2B2C architecture requirements
4. Paid Work Trial (2 weeks)
5. Regular Contract Work
