Product Manager (B2C)

About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will create customer-centric products to enhance satisfaction and drive business growth. Collaborating with multiple initiatives, you will define product strategy, manage the roadmap, and work cross-functionally to achieve retention and premium services objectives. This role emphasizes proactive, data-driven decision-making, leveraging lean startup methodologies, A/B testing, and agile development practices. You will lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of tests, interfaces, and features for the customer and expert journey across desktop and mobile web experiences.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of new tests, interfaces, and features for consumer products (mobile web, mobile app, and desktop).
  • Build and maintain roadmaps to drive growth by improving conversion rates and LTV through A/B testing and multivariate testing.
  • Use lean and scrum methodologies to develop and launch new features efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with the User Research team to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Conduct usability studies, analyze data, and use other research methods to inform product requirements and improve satisfaction.
  • Define product requirements for minimal viable products (MVPs) and new features or enhancements.
  • Define and analyze product metrics to guide decision-making and measure success.
  • Work closely with Data Analysts to understand and measure the performance of product areas.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2C product management experience with a focus on web and mobile platforms.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience building and scaling a product from the ground up.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of lean and scrum product development methodologies.
  • Understanding of product metrics and their impact on business objectives.
  • Familiarity with app development and app store deployment processes.
  • Ability to conduct qualitative user research and usability studies.
  • Skills in formulating problem statements and creating product strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Experience in scoping and launching minimal viable products (MVPs).
  • Proficiency in managing early user research programs and gathering requirements.
