Senior Shopify Developer Offline

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to join our team and contribute to building and optimizing high-quality e-commerce stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Shopify development, including themes, apps, and customizations, with additional technical knowledge being a significant advantage. Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is required for effective communication with our international team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores, themes, and apps.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers to implement e-commerce solutions.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs into Shopify stores.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated with Shopify platform updates and e-commerce trends.

Requirements:

• Experience of work with checkout customization
• Proficiency in Shopify development, including Liquid templating language.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with Shopify APIs and app integrations.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles and tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience of work with shipping methods
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Experience with custom Shopify app development.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms like WooCommerce or Magento.
• Understanding of payment gateway and shipping integrations.
• Knowledge of performance optimization tools (e.g., Lighthouse).
