As a Business Analyst at Launch Labs, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and create comprehensive documentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Required skills:

• commercial experience as a Business Analyst will be a plus, but not required;
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken);
• strong understanding of Scrum processes;
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• good knowledge of identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements.

Responsibilities:

• work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• preparation of artifacts and technical documentation;
• facilitate and lead the requirements elicitation process;
• testing the product according to the requirements.

Nice-to-haves:

• experience creating UI wireframes/ Mindmaps to supplement project specifications
