What you will be doing

  • Attracting and building relationships with current partners and attracting new ones.
  • Collaboration with the marketing analytics team to assess the performance of partner traffic and optimization of advertising campaigns.
  • Close interaction with the CRO, Data Science, Product teams on the development and implementation of ideas, funnels and solutions.
  • Testing new processes, approaches, technologies in working with user engagement.
  • Building KPIs and processes within the team of the Affiliate unit, forming a team for the needs of the business.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates.
  • Coordinate with designers for conversion promo materials, banners, etc.

     

What you need for the role

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a solid understanding of the affiliate industry.
  • 1+ year of experience in a product company.
  • High level of knowledge in the specifics of affiliate marketing — payment models, fraud, negotiations, technical knowledge of setting up campaigns, calculating traffic efficiency.
  • Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU);
  • Experience in searching and working with affiliates in the markets of US, Europe.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Level of English Upper-Intermediate
  • Business development experience.
