Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming messages on LinkedIn and responding promptly;
- Attracting new clients and presenting the agency to potential leads;
- Classifying leads based on potential;
- Collecting project requirements from clients and managing the project evaluation process;
- Collaborating with the team to assess project feasibility and preparing tailored proposals;
- Presenting proposals to clients and managing their feedback;
- Writing follow-up emails to potential clients and planning subsequent communication if there is no response;
- Managing and updating CRM systems (Pipe, HubSpot), adding new leads and tracking deals;
- Regular communication regarding contract finalization and status of deals;
- Maintaining and updating the Upwork profile with relevant information and opportunities;
- Reaching out to prospects on Upwork, engaging in conversations, and sending tailored proposals;
- Managing email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely dissemination of updates and news;
- Expanding and updating the agency's lead database;
- Collecting all necessary information for new projects and facilitating onboarding;
- Leading the initial project meeting between the team and the client, ensuring smooth project start;
- Providing continuous support for ongoing projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in sales (B2B);
- Has P2P lead generation experience;
- Knows how to work with ClickUp and PipeDrive;
- Has proficient LinkedIn and Upwork user experience;
- Advanced English, both written and verbal skills are required.
As a huge plus:
- Understanding the branding, website, and digital marketing efficiency;
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills;
-Endurance to monotone work, stress resistance, and perseverance.
Interview stages:
- HR interview (30 minutes);
- Technical interview (1 hour).
