Business Developer

As a Business Development at Sunvery, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with software development companies seeking Employer of Record (EOR) and recruitment solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and pain points, addressing challenges with relevant services, and nurturing long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

 

  • Craft multichannel outreach sequences based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) for the data research team.
  • Participate in roadshows and conferences in the UK, Europe, and the US to generate more business opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales process, from conducting discovery meetings to closing deals.
  • Handle objections effectively.
  • Understand client needs and present services as tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and sign agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Utilize CRM software (HubSpot).
  • Meet sales targets.

 

Requirements

 

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT B2B service sales.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in building outreach campaigns, presenting services, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to assess client needs and align them with Sunvery’s offerings.
  • Familiarity with IT roles, responsibilities, and the development cycle.
  • Experience in selling to US and EU markets.
  • Proven track record in building and nurturing relationships.
  • A strong sense of independence, ownership, and initiative.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to be a team player in the sales team.

  • Data Researcher: Searches, collects, and enriches lead lists for outreach campaigns.
  • SalesOps: Ensures the stable operation of the technical infrastructure.
  • 2 Business Developers: Drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals.
