Freelance Salesforce Administrator (Data Specialist) Offline

We are seeking an experienced Freelance add-on Salesforce Administrator to join us as a freelancer and support data import and management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with data importing and a keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data import processes across Salesforce environments, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and remove duplicate records to maintain clean and reliable data.
• Execute data clean-up tasks to optimize Salesforce performance and reporting.
• Collaborate with administrators and developers to implement data-related best practices.
• Perform data audits and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Support data migration efforts and integrations as required.
   

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Proven expertise in data import tools such as Data Loader and Import Wizard.
• Familiarity with deduplication tools like DemandTools or Salesforce Duplicate Management.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
