Senior Front-End (React Native) Developer Offline

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain a scalable React Native application to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Improve performance by addressing non-functional requirements such as load time, responsiveness, and smooth animations.
• Analyze and optimize app architecture, suggesting and implementing necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
• Mentor and guide mid-level developers, helping them grow in their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in the design and decision-making process to develop future-proof, efficient solutions.

Requirements:

• ✅ 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on front-end technologies.
• ✅ 4+ years of experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• ✅ Hands-on experience in the fintech industry, with a solid understanding of its specific requirements, such as payment systems, compliance, and security.
• ✅ Experience in profiling and debugging React Native apps to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• ✅Solid understanding of app architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Redux, or Context API).
• ✅Previous experience implementing architectural improvements in mobile apps.
• ✅Proven ability to mentor and support mid-level developers.
• ✅Familiarity with integrating third-party libraries, APIs, and services.
• ✅Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to handle complex development challenges.
• ✅Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps is a plus.
