What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and implementing machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
- Processing sensor data, including filtering, spectral analysis, Fourier transforms, and time-series analysis.
- Performing manual and automated feature engineering, leveraging domain-specific transformations and learned representations.
- Utilizing convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for spatial and temporal pattern recognition in sensor data.
- Applying sequence modeling techniques, such as RNNs and LSTMs, particularly for sensor-based time-series data.
- Optimizing AI models for computational efficiency and memory usage.
- Programming in Python and C/C++, utilizing frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Main Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in machine learning and/or deep learning (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
- Sensor data processing: experience integrating sensor data into AI workflows.
- Optimization: knowledge of optimization algorithms for model efficiency.
- Programming: proficiency in Python, C/C++.
- Frameworks: hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow.
Will be a Plus:
- Experience with quantization, pruning, or other model efficiency techniques.
- Familiarity with embedded systems or resource-constrained environments.
- Understanding of autoencoders, VAEs, or generative models.
- Knowledge of deploying ML models in production environments.
- Research experience: published papers, conference presentations, or patents.
Who You Are:
- Proactive and self-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly, even to non-technical audiences.
- Creative and innovative, always exploring new ideas and approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
