Role overview:
As the Head of Sales at Yanarchy, you will lead a dynamic team to drive revenue growth and optimize sales processes in a unique and competitive industry. You will shape and implement sales strategies, enhance team performance, and foster partnerships that align with our mission of empowering talent in the OnlyFans ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
Lead and expand a team of Group Heads and chatters, ensuring performance
alignment with key business goals.
Standardize operational processes, including performance metrics, motivation
systems, and team interaction protocols.
Collaborate with analytics teams to refine dashboards and enhance decision-making
using data insights.
- Build a robust hiring pipeline for chatters, optimizing talent acquisition and retention processes.
- Innovate with AI tools and strategies to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.
- Maintain a balance between rapid decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
Represent Yanarchy’s brand ethos, ensuring respect for talents and upholding a positive industry reputation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership within a revenue-driven business ($5M+ annual revenue).
- Expertise in creating and implementing motivational frameworks from scratch.
- Track record of scaling remote teams from 20 to 100+ members.
- Strong analytical acumen, with experience in leveraging data to drive performance.
- Familiarity with “grey areas” industries like crypto or betting, with adherence to ethical standards.
- Curiosity and proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of developing creative evenue strategies.
Exceptional adaptability in navigating rapid changes and decision-making
environments.
Strong personal integrity, avoiding any associations with unethical practices.
