Job Description

- Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the medical or healthcare domain.

- Proficiency in working with Agile software development teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.

- Strong expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements from stakeholders. Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product backlogs.

- Ability to define a clear product vision and develop a roadmap that aligns with the business and user needs.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Exceptional ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and requirements.

- Ensure that the backlog is well-defined, groomed, and ready for development teams.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with medical software development, such as patient safety concerns or data breaches.
