QA Engineer (Desktop / Manual Testing)

Electronic Team, Inc. is a product software company building cross-platform desktop applications used by customers worldwide.

We are looking for a QA Engineer to test desktop applications and related services across multiple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Manual testing of desktop applications
• Testing related web services
• Usability testing
• Writing and maintaining test cases
• Bug reporting and tracking
• WHQL driver signing

Requirements

• Experience testing desktop applications (must have)
• Experience working with Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Understanding of software testing methodologies
• Experience working with bug tracking systems
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• English level Intermediate (B1) or higher
• Readiness to complete a short test task

Nice to have

• Experience testing drivers
• Experience with Windows Hardware Lab Kit (WHLK)
• Experience building Linux kernels
• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with UI / UX testing
• Experience working with graphics
