Shopify Project Manager to $1000 Offline
About this position
As a Client Project Manager with our agency, you will be the cornerstone of our client projects, orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of Shopify development projects. Your role is crucial in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and translating those into actionable project plans. You will work closely with our Shopify Theme Developers, Shopify App Developers, Creative Designers, and Digital Marketing Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
Your responsibilities will include project scoping, timeline management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. By maintaining open and clear communication, you will keep clients informed throughout the project lifecycle, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Your ability to navigate client needs and project challenges with strategic solutions will drive the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
This position will start as a part-time position ($500/mo) with the possibility of extending to full-time ($1000/mo).
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce or digital agency settings.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce development process, including design, development, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent client service skills with the ability to manage expectations and build relationships.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
