Business Analyst (offline)

The project assumes the development of an online marketing platform, incorporating modern architecture and design patterns to handle today and tomorrow requirements to performance. The application allows choosing brands, follow and then receive relevant offers and discounts. This solution is designed for a global launch, integrated with scalable back-end, able to handle a high load of requests from users around the world.

Responsibilities:
Define specifications and utilize business analysis skills to document customer processes
Define the features to be developed and record them accurately on the Backlog, where new solutions are required
Work with customers via workshops, interviews and observations to build an understanding of how a solution might meet their needs
Develop acceptance and test criteria to support QA, based on customer knowledge
Act as an independent reviewer of the release quality offering a voice outside of the core development team to aid with release decisions
Serve as a customer expert for product questions and queries that may arise internally or externally related to the use of products and services
Work with team members with respect to customer meetings and presentations, be comfortable demonstrating/describing product capabilities and product/market directions

Requirements:
3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
Ability to make decisions and take ownership
Willing to challenge and improve existing processes and practices
Capable of communicating to technical and non-technical staff
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven experience in eliciting requirements
Capable of drafting functional / business / system specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations
Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
