Junior Shopify Developer Offline

Our client is seeking a skilled Shopify Developer for a part-time role (40-60 hours per month) to support a new client project. Join us in building custom solutions and optimizing integrations for multiple Shopify stores.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Shopify integrations with our order management system

• Build custom Shopify apps and extensions

• Ensure scalability and maintain PCI security standards

• Collaborate closely with IT, Engineering, and QA teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of Shopify development experience, PHP/Laravel, JScript, GraphQL

• 2-5 years of experience with Shopify API

• Experience with eCommerce applications or B2B applications, including mobile/responsive design

• Familiarity with web services and APIs (Shopify GraphQL, REST, SOAP)

• Managing Shopify themes and store components

• Cloud-based application development

• Experience with MySQL, MSSQL, Redis, or similar databases

• Agile development lifecycle familiarity

• Strong communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read, understand, and communicate technical documentation

• Preferred experience with Groovy/Grails, .NET, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
