Lead Mobile Developer (IOS + Android)

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Mobile Developer to take ownership of our mobile product development across Android and iOS platforms. This is a leadership role for someone who can architect, build, and guide the delivery of high-quality mobile applications while mentoring a small team of developers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Define and implement mobile architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Kotlin, Swift, and cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter or React Native).
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best engineering practices.
• Optimize app performance and ensure stability across diverse devices and OS versions.

• Stay ahead of emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development with deep expertise in both Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

• Upper-intermediate English for clear communication with global teams.

   

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).
• Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, or other cloud-based mobile services.
• Knowledge of App Store / Google Play deployment processes and automation tools.

• Background in performance optimization, analytics, and monitoring tools.
