Strong FastAPI Python Developer Offline

Requirements (main):
1) Python3 (advanced level, 3+ years experience)
2) FastAPI
3) Experience integrating third-party APIs is a must
4) Postgresql (query optimization will be a plus)
5) SQLAlchemy (preferred)
6) Advanced understanding of migrations (+Data Integrity)
7) Asynchronous programming (Celery/asyncio)
8) Advanced understanding of HTTP protocol (REST/SOAP will be a plus)
9) Redis + Docker + bash scripts

Only with relevant skills end experience (!)

Will be a benefit - practical experience with:
Amazon Ads API
Amazon SP API

There is no legacy code, development almost from scratch, and only several small sections were made.
Proper explanation of tasks, minimum formalities, and "bureaucracy" in setting tasks. (disinterested persons/useless task descriptions)

There are several Amazon APIs (Ads API, SP-API) + Amazon Marketing Stream. We pull data, aggregate it, and show it differently (filters/entities, etc.) in various application sections.
