Trainee Designer / Design Assist

At SOLUS Group, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your artistic flair, master new tools, and contribute to cutting-edge marketing campaigns for the Web3 space. What skills do you need for this role?

  • Basic knowledge of tools in Figma and features for creating mockups, organizing components, working with fonts, color schemes, and prototypes. 
  • Experience with style libraries and structuring files for team collaboration.
  • Proficient in basic image editing tools, retouching, creating banners and graphic elements. 
  • Skills in working with layers, masks, color corrections, and preparing graphics for publication.
  • Basic knowledge how to work with AI tools.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Developing vibrant and engaging visual materials for social media, adhering to brand colors, fonts, and styles.
  • Creating basic graphic elements for websites, such as icons, banners, buttons, and adapting designs for different formats and platforms.
  • Designing presentations, including slide layouts, color schemes, image selection, and typography, aligned with the brand’s style.
  • Organizing working files in Figma, including structuring pages, folders, and layers, saving components, and preparing files for team use or client delivery.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and collaborating with senior designers to improve skills and deliver high-quality results.
