We are looking for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our most valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
 

Your responsibilities:
— Maintain and grow relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
— Act as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned accounts.
— Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
— Create and implement tailored account strategies to meet client needs and achieve sales goals.
— Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
— Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and industry trends.
— Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
— Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
 

What we’re looking for:
— Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
— Strong background in B2B sales and account management.
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
— Proficient in CRM tools.
— Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
— Ability to understand clients’ needs and effectively translate their requests into actionable tasks.
— Ability to clearly articulate thoughts, both verbally and in writing.
— Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate.
