What skills do you need for this role?

We’re open to candidates without prior experience in this field or even without professional experience. However, the following skills will be an advantage:

  • Familiarity with task trackers and organizational tools.
  • Experience coordinating work within a team, including task setting and deadline management.
  • Basic understanding of legal aspects.
  • Attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
     

What will you be responsible for?

Your role will combine operational and strategic tasks, giving you a comprehensive perspective on company processes.

  • Assigning tasks and tracking their completion within the operational and PM teams.
  • Preparing various internal reports on processes, projects, and statuses.
  • Monitoring project statuses and regular workflows.
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees.
  • Supporting office management tasks as needed.
  • Helping develop strategies, frameworks, and regulations (initially under guidance, later independently).
