We are looking for a responsible Support Manager with Turkish to join our team.


 

Requirements:

  • Stress resistance: Ability to work efficiently and make decisions in stressful situations.
  • Client-oriented: Focus on meeting the needs and requests of clients.
  • Quick decision-making: Ability to quickly analyze a situation and make decisions, even in complex and stressful situations.
  • Ability to interact effectively with aggressive users and resolve conflict situations without escalation.
  • Professional communication: Ability to maintain a respectful and friendly tone in conversations with clients, even in difficult situations.
  • Knowledge of Turkish ( orally and written)
  • Confident computer skills

Responsibilities:

  • Quick response to customer inquiries in online chats.
  • Provide consultations on functionality, technical issues, financial aspects, and other areas.
  • Clients may also contact without a specific question, just for communication, expressing dissatisfaction, etc.
  • Achieving personal financial goals and the department's user support objectives.
  • Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to improve processes and the product.

 

Work Schedule: Rotating shifts: 2 day shifts / 2 days off / 2 night shifts / 2 days off
