Sales manager/Business Development Manager to $1600

GoHard is looking for an experienced in Upwork (full-cycle) sales to join our Sales Team.
A person with a hunter mindset, who is passionate about sales and has strong communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
β€” 1+ years of sales experience in Upwork
β€” At least upper-intermediate level of English, both written and spoken, is a must
β€” General understanding of development process and technologies for web
β€” Understanding the sales funnel
β€” Able to work independent and organized
β€” Results in numbers
β€” Client-oriented approach, ability to understand client’s needs
β€” Ability to search, filter and analyze the most suitable Upwork job posts for the company
β€” Knowledge of different sales techniques.

Responsibilities:
β€” Full cycle of sales on Upwork
β€” Meeting Company Sales Targets
β€” Negotiating with clients, identifying their needs, and building long-term relationships
β€” Work with cold mailings
β€” Focus on Lead generation
β€” Generating ideas on how to improve sales activity.
