SDR / Lead Generation Specialist

We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative/Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads that meet our ICP and conduct communication with these leads. 

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 0.5-1 year of experience as an SDR/Lead Generation Specialist in IT Outsourcing/Staff Augmentation industry;
  • attention to detail is critical;
  • proficiency in English at a B2 level;
  • experience of working with LinkedIn and HubSpot is highly valued;
  • committed and driven professional focused on achieving high results;
  • self-management skills.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Conducting market research to identify potential leads within our pre-defined ICP and Buyer Persona. Gathering key data points on prospects such as industry, company size, decision-makers, contact information, etc.
  • Reaching out to potential leads through various channels such as emailing and social media outreach (manual and automated prospecting).
  • Communication with potential customers via LinkedIn, and email (using templates and writing custom messages).
  • Engaging with our audience on Linkedin through writing comments, placing likes, posts, etc.
  • Working on outreach strategies to engage new prospects. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation.
  • Tracking and reporting on lead generation activities and metrics. 
  • Keep our CRM system (HubSpot) up to date, filling in information about leads, updating their statuses, etc.
