Job Summary

As Lead Software Architect, you will design, develop, and oversee the architecture of scalable, reliable systems for our platform. You’ll set the technical direction, ensure alignment with business goals, and leverage our stack to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the architectural vision and roadmap for the platform.
• Lead the design and development of complex systems using Ruby on Rails, neo4j, jsonapi.org, Kotlin, React JS, and Redux.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies and tools where they add value.
• Mentor engineers across the organization on best practices, design patterns, and code quality.
• Ensure clear, high-quality technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• MS or PhD in Computer Science or Mathematics
• 8+ years experience in software development, 3+ years experience as Lead Architect
• Proven experience in a lead architecture role.
• Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails, Neo4j, and Kotlin—expert in at least one of these.
• Strong understanding of React JS, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
