Job Summary:  

The Front-End Lead Engineer will oversee the development of the user-facing features of our platform, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience. You will lead the front-end team and drive the adoption of modern tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities:  

• Lead front-end development efforts using React JS, Redux, and Javascript.
• Build and maintain reusable and efficient components.
• Ensure the application is optimized for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate APIs.
• Mentor and guide front-end engineers.
• Implement robust testing using Cypress.

Qualifications:  

• MS in Computer Science or Mathematics is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong expertise in React JS, Redux, Javascript, and testing frameworks like Cypress.
• Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality software.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
