As a Manual QA Tester at VORKIS LLC, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of the systems and products we deliver to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning: Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test cases to ensure functionality and usability.
• Execution: Conduct manual testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track issues using tools like Jira or TestRail.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of testing processes and suggest enhancements to improve product quality.

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman is a plus.
• Basic understanding of automation testing concepts is advantageous.

Professional Experience:

• 3+ years of manual QA testing experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
