Head of Business Development
Lead the business development team for DSP product to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue goals. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in business development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in business development within AdTech products (Ad Server, DSP, SSP, SaaS), with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in achieving revenue targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Roadmap of delivery a DSP product on new or existing markets
- Existing strong relationships with valuable partners (Media agencies, Advertisers, etc.) within Digital advertising space
- High level expertise in local digital advertising markets
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Identify new markets and revenue streams
- Build and maintain key client and partner relationships
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team
- Analyze market trends and refine strategiesTrack and report on performance metrics
