AQA Engineer, US Offline

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Automation Quality Assurance (AQA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation tools, particularly Playwright, and expertise in generating and managing test reports using Allure. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through effective automated testing and insightful reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Design and implement test strategies to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Integrate and utilize Allure for generating comprehensive and actionable test reports.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement quality standards.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks and processes to enhance testing efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in automation testing to implement best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in writing and maintaining test automation scripts using Playwright.
• Hands-on experience with Allure for creating detailed and user-friendly test reports.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance and load testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of other automation tools and frameworks for diverse testing scenarios.
