We are currently looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) who will become a key figure in managing our projects and communicating with clients. This role is perfect for an experienced professional with deep knowledge of project management and a solid understanding of the technical aspects of development.
Requirements for PMO Candidate:
1. Experience & Expertise
• Proven experience of 5+ years in the IT industry in a similar role (PMO, Project Manager, or equivalent).
• Strong track record of managing key clients and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
• Experience in handling complex projects with extensive functionality and multiple stakeholders.
2. Management Skills
• Ability to lead and manage project managers across multiple projects.
• Expertise in estimating new orders and providing realistic timelines and budgets.
• Proficiency in creating and managing invoices for clients, ensuring timely tracking of payments.
• Experience in onboarding new team members and integrating them seamlessly into projects.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
3. Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients.
• Ability to lead discussions with clients, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations.
4. Technical Understanding
• Solid understanding of basic programming principles, design, and layout concepts.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation to ensure smooth communication between the technical team and clients.
• Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
5. Language Proficiency
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and verbal) to handle international clients and documentation.
6. Additional Skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail for tracking deliverables and project progress.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities for PMO Candidate:
1. Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Handle communication with clients regarding project updates, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
2. Project Oversight:
• Oversee and manage project managers on multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and projects remain on schedule.
3. Estimation & Planning:
• Conduct detailed estimations for new projects and provide realistic timelines and budgets to clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate project scope and feasibility.
• Contribute to strategic planning for long-term projects with extensive functionality.
4. Billing & Financial Management:
• Create and issue invoices for clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Track client payments and follow up on overdue invoices if necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project financials.
5. Team Onboarding & Management:
• Onboard new team members to ensure a smooth integration into ongoing projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members as needed.
• Oversee team performance and address any challenges or inefficiencies that arise.
6. Process Improvement & Reporting:
• Continuously optimize project management processes to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables.
• Track project metrics and prepare detailed reports for both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
7. Technical Understanding:
• Read and interpret technical documentation to facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.
• Ensure project requirements are accurately conveyed to the development team and that deliverables meet client expectations.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with developers, designers, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, translating technical requirements into actionable tasks.
