Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Snowflake Cortex solutions to support scalable analytics workflows.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate data from diverse sources into the Snowflake platform.
• Design and implement efficient data models and frameworks in Snowflake to support analytical workloads.
• Automate processes for data ingestion, transformation, and monitoring using Snowflake Cortex tools and capabilities.
• Develop and integrate a natural language processing (NLP) interface to allow business users to interact with analytics, marketing and other data models through intuitive and flexible searches.
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to identify limited-use cases for an initial implementation and iterate on user feedback.

• Ensure the NLP layer is robust, user-friendly, and scalable for future data model integrations.

   

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Snowflake AI Data Cloud and Cortex-specific capabilities or experience building similar solutions outside the Snowflake ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience in developing NLP interfaces or integrating natural language capabilities with data models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting performance issues in large-scale datasets.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Snowflake certifications or equivalent credentials are a plus.

   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning workflows and integration in Snowflake Cortex.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of NLP frameworks and libraries such as spaCy, Hugging Face, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with streamlit or other similar libraries.
