Sales Specialist

At 2muchcoffee, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist who can help us grow by generating and managing leads outside of Upwork. Your role will be critical in identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships that drive our company forward.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through various channels outside of Upwork.
• Build relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn, networking events, email campaigns, and other direct sales approaches.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to target key industries and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials that support lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities using a CRM.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
• Represent 2muchcoffee at relevant events, conferences, and online communities to increase visibility.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in IT sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads through non-platform channels like LinkedIn, cold outreach, or networking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience with CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.
• Familiarity with the IT industry, including basic knowledge of technologies and services.
• English fluency for effective communication with international clients.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
