Middle — Senior Business Analyst to $3500

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic healthcare project.

In this vital role, you will contribute to strategic decision-making, collaborate with technical teams, and play a key part in defining the project’s direction. Your expertise will help shape and drive impactful solutions in a rapidly evolving industry, supporting innovation and excellence in healthcare technology.

Required skills:

• Over 2 years in software development as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, and Product Owner.
• Experience working on medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Skilled in conducting workshops, discovery activities, and business process refinement.
• Proficient in business process modeling: EPC, BPMN, UML, ERD.
• Experience with process visualization and optimization using tools like Miro, FigJam, Visio, and Drawio.
• Skilled in eliciting, assessing, documenting, and prioritizing business, stakeholder, and solution requirements.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in creating and validating user stories, use cases, wireframes, prototypes, and other design specifications.
• Capable of developing both technical and functional documentation and defining technical tasks for developers.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, system integrations, and API communication principles.
• Knowledge in business domains such as Healthcare, FinTech, Banking, Investments, and EdTech (preferred).

• Proficient in English at an Advanced level.

   

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and develop detailed process maps.
• Review available system integrations and update system maps as needed.
• Develop API requests.
• Define technical specifications and outline tasks for the team.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with the client and project team.
• Lead the discovery phase, collaborating closely with the Project Manager, UX/UI Designers, Tech Leads, and Client to conceptualize and design the product and prioritize work.

• Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) documents and manage the pre-sale estimation process.

   

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex problems and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with practical experience in independently facilitating meetings, workshops, and interviews.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and logical approach to work.

• Good time management skills, high flexibility, and a quick learner.
