We are actively seeking a Product Owner (IT Project Manager) who will drive better organization within the technical team through deeper specialization and clearly defined areas of responsibility. This new role will separate the functions of managing technical development and product development, currently handled by a Product Manager, into a dedicated Product Owner position. By doing so, we aim to accelerate development, enhance quality, and reduce errors, ultimately achieving departmental and company goals more efficiently.

Our Product Owner (IT Project Manager) will take full ownership of the process of creating tasks for developers, prioritize the roadmap for task implementation, and provide comprehensive support for the technical development of tests and new features/flows.

 

Your impact:

  • Collect requests from product managers to create features and A/B tests;
  • Define a precise and necessary set of tasks for developers;
  • Prioritize tasks according to business value, complexity, and estimated development time;
  • Enhance existing processes to accelerate delivery and meet deadlines;
  • Oversee and address all product-related issues throughout development;
  • Set up and close A/B tests.

About you:

  • 2+ years in IT as a Product Owner (or Project Manager);
  • Senior level experience with Jira and Confluence;
  • Experience with BPMN and simplified BPMN using draw.io to build flow diagrams and process diagrams, or any alternative (such as Miro, FigJam);
  • Experience in managing more than 2 projects simultaneously, multitasking effectively;
  • Understanding of the product lifecycle, from creation and build to delivery across different environments (development, staging, production);
  • Upper-Intermediate or Intermediate proficiency in English.

Nice-to-have:

  • Working with API documentation, Postman, Swagger, using them to write technical documentation;
  • Experience with SQL, XML, JSON;
  • Experience with programming languages (Js, Node.js, Python);
  • Working with CRM system.
