Senior Treasury Relationship Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Treasury Relationship Manager (full-time, office-based in Limassol, Cyprus, or Warsaw, Poland).
 

About the Treasury Team:

This team efficiently manages SKELAR’s cash flow and liquidity, improves and implements new payment methods, and develops and leads relationships with key financial partners. We handle treasury matters of any complexity “end-to-end” to provide top-notch service and competitive advantages for our businesses.
 

Responsibilities / Your Impact:

— Identifying new banking partners to provide the best services for our businesses;

— Managing relationships with over 30 banks and FinTech companies;

— Overseeing onboarding and KYC processes;

— Introducing new payment solutions and financial services to optimize banking fees, enhance operational processes, and ensure excellent service for our businesses.
 

Required qualifications and skills:

— 3-5 years of experience working with international banks;

— Strong ability to build and develop effective relationships with banking partners;

— Solid understanding of various banking products, including international payments, FX operations, investment products, etc.;

— English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher is a must;

— Ability to independently create a meeting pipeline and establish new contacts.
 

What Would Be a Plus:

— Experience working in large, structured international banking institutions;

— Skills in independently collecting, structuring, and analyzing financial data for effective decision-making.
